Overview 

At The Urban Escape, we partner with a curated network of trusted third-party suppliers to deliver premium lifestyle products directly to your door. As products are sourced from multiple suppliers and dispatched from various locations, shipping carriers, dispatch times, and delivery windows may vary by product. Any product-specific shipping details will be clearly stated on the product page or communicated at checkout.

Order Processing 

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of placement. Orders placed on weekends or UK public holidays will be processed on the next working day. You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed, followed by a dispatch notification with tracking details once your order has been shipped.

ION8 Products

ION8 products are fulfilled directly by ION8 and shipped via Royal Mail. Delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak periods.

Europe includes: Albania, Andorra, Armenia, Austria, Belarus, Belgium, Bosnia & Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Gibraltar, Greece, Guadeloupe, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Montenegro, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Svalbard & Jan Mayen, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey, Ukraine, Vatican City.

UK-Only Products

Some products in our range are only available for delivery within the United Kingdom due to supplier restrictions, carrier limitations, or import regulations in certain countries. Where this applies, it will be clearly indicated on the product page. Customers outside the UK will be unable to select these items at checkout. 

European Customers 

We ship to most European countries. Delivery to Europe typically takes 3–20 business days from dispatch. Please note that some products are restricted to UK delivery only and will not be available at checkout for European addresses. Customers in the EEA retain full rights under the EU Consumer Rights Directive — please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for full details.

Shipping Costs 

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and order contents. Where free shipping is available, this will be clearly displayed on the product page or at checkout. We do not add hidden fees — the price shown at checkout is the final shipping cost.

Order Tracking 

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch. Tracking availability may vary depending on the supplier and carrier used. If you have not received tracking details within 5 business days of your order, please contact us.

Customs & Import Duties

 For international orders outside the UK, customs fees, import duties, or local taxes may apply upon arrival in your country. These charges are the customer's responsibility and are not included in our product prices or shipping fees. We recommend checking your local customs regulations before placing an order, as we are unable to refund orders refused at customs.

Lost or Missing Orders

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at info@theurbanescape.co.uk. We will liaise with the relevant supplier and carrier to investigate and resolve the issue as promptly as possible. Please allow the full estimated window to pass before reporting a missing order.

Incorrect Delivery Address 

Please ensure your delivery address is correct before completing your order. The Urban Escape cannot be held responsible for orders lost or delayed due to an incorrectly provided address. If you notice an error, contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at info@theurbanescape.co.uk and we will do our best to amend it before dispatch.

Supplier Variation Clause 

As a curated retailer working with multiple third-party suppliers, shipping carriers, dispatch locations, and delivery timeframes may vary by product. Products may be dispatched separately if ordered together. In all cases, we will communicate relevant shipping details clearly and keep you informed throughout the delivery process.
