We want you to love what you receive. If you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery — items must be unused and in original packaging.

To start a return, please complete our Return Form or contact us at info@theurbanescape.co.uk with your order number. Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 3–10 business days.

Sale items and personalised products are non-refundable.
